Vikas heads Emirates Money as its General Manager. He has been instrumental in the conceptualisation and set up of the company. Vikas has more than 14 years of experience in the consumer finance industry and has worked with Citigroup in India and Indonesia. In his previous assignment with Citigroup, he was instrumental in setting up the consumer finance business for Citigroup in Indonesia and was part of the consumer finance set up team at Citigroup India.
Suhail Bin Tarraf started his career with Emirates Bank, back in 2000 as a Trainee officer and since then has contributed immensely in the development of HR services and bringing it to the current stature. As HR Manager, Emirates Islamic Bank he had been instrumental in successful implementation of many HR initiatives related to Recruitment, Retention, Nationalization, Training and Development to enhance the overall performance. Currently, holding a position of HR Business Partner- CWM, he acts as a strategic advisor and is playing a dynamic role in achieving business objectives with his expertise in the field of Performance management, Training & Development, Recruitment and other areas of employee services
Punit is the Chief Finance Officer of the Company. He has been heading the finance function of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD (legacy Emirates Bank) since 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has a Strong financial expertise in Consumer Banking & Wealth Management, with over 10 years experience in Credit and Financial Control. Before Emirates NBD, he was in ABN AMRO where he was working as a Financial Controller for Retail Banking. Prior to that he has been associated with Citi Financials in the Credit Department. He did his Chartered Accountancy from Ernst & Young where he was involved in statutory audit, internal audit, investigations and due diligence for various multinational clients
Priyanka is responsible for managing the Credit Policy & MIS, underwriting, fraud management and collection functions for the company. Priyanka has almost a decade of experience in the Retail Banking Industry primarily in the Credit / Risk Management Field in Citibank and Mashreq. Her last assignment was with Mashreq as Vice President- Retail Credit, managing the asset portfolios in UAE and Qatar. In her tenure with Mashreq she has been instrumental in launching score based decision making across retail asset products. In Citibank, she managed the banking asset portfolios in credit policy for almost 5 years and also had a 2 years stint in marketing. Priyanka is a commerce graduate and holds a MBA in Finance and Marketing. She has been awarded as member of the Dean’s list - as a top performer in her MBA batch
Saurabh heads the product function at Emirates Money wherein he is responsible for product planning, product program development, analytics and system development & integration. Saurabh is a career retail banker with experience spanning across various roles in relationship management, credit, retail securitisation & product Management. He has handled various asset categories, commercial vehicles, construction equipments, Auto, personal loans. Before joining Emirates bank as the product head, he was responsible for product management for Auto loans in ICICI bank in India. Saurabh is an MBA in finance and systems.
Vipul is in charge of the commercial vehicle loans business at the company. This business provides hassle-free loans for commercial vehicles, be it medium or heavy trucks, pick-ups, buses or fleet services. Before joining Emirates Money, he was with Citigroup for 4 years and was managing New Initiatives and Product Finance Portfolio for Asia Pacific. Vipul has been part of the Global Leadership Program of Citigroup based in Dallas and launched Product Finance business for Asian & Latin American countries. He has also worked for GE Money India for 4 years and Xerox India for 3 years. Vipul is Bachelors in Economics Honors from St. Stephens College and MBA in Finance from ICFAI, India.
Shiwani has over 8 years experience in various roles with Citigroup India. She has managed operations for Citi Financial before moving on to a leadership position in collection strategy team. She has also played a vital role in training & development function for more than 1500 employees, spanning various products, skill sets & diverse geographies & cultures. Her key area of specialisation is Information Technology and Development of systems and processes for mortgages, commercial vehicles, securitizations, joint venture and third party operations, in coordination with business and IT teams.
Rohit is responsible for the sales and distribution network of the personal loan business of the company. Prior to joining Emirates Money, Rohit was the head of insurance for India bulls for a period of 1 year. Prior to that assignment, he was business head for personal loans (West India) for Standard Chartered Bank. Rohit has also had a 5 year stint with Citifinancial India as Area Head for Personal Loans. Rohit is a Post Graduate in Finance and Marketing management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, India.
